2.Information We Collect

To provide the service, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: the email address or phone number you provide when signing up;
• Site content: the HTML / CSS / JS files and related content you upload to PagePass;
• Account and transaction information: point balance, recharge records, site usage duration;
• Visit data: page views, bounce rate, and time on page collected by our stats script;
• Device and log information: IP address, browser type, and access time, used for security and troubleshooting.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for: providing and maintaining the hosting service, processing recharges, sending notifications necessary to your account or site status (such as renewal reminders), analyzing visits to improve the service, and protecting platform security and compliance.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4.Cookies and Tracking Technologies

To keep the service working and to analyze visits, we may use necessary cookies and session mechanisms. We inject a stats script into hosted pages to collect anonymized visit data (page views, bounce rate, title changes). This data is used only to understand traffic and does not identify individuals.

5.Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• A third-party payment processor (Waffo Pancake) required to complete payments. Your full card information is handled exclusively by it in compliance with PCI-DSS, and we never touch or store your complete payment card data;
• Disclosure necessary to protect platform security, uphold user rights, or comply with applicable law, regulations, or regulatory requirements;
• A lawful transfer arising from a merger, restructuring, or similar business transaction, where we will require the recipient to continue to comply with this policy.

6.Data Security Measures

We take reasonable measures such as HTTPS / TLS encrypted transmission, server access control, and the principle of least privilege to protect your data.

While we do our best to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can guarantee absolute security.

7.Data Retention Periods

We retain your data for the following periods: account information and site content are retained while the account is active; recharge and transaction records are retained until settlement completes; after a site is deleted or an account is terminated, the related data is retained for 30 days so you can request recovery via ticket or email (support will export it for you), then permanently deleted.

8.Your Data Rights

Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to restrict or object to specific processing of it.

You can submit a request through the "Contact Us" section of this policy, and we will respond within a reasonable period (such as 30 days). If you wish to delete your account, you can also make the request through that channel.

9.Marketing Communications

We do not send you unsolicited marketing. Our notifications are limited to what is necessary to provide the service, such as renewal reminders, account changes, and platform announcements.

10.Cross-Border Data Transfers

To provide the service, your information may be stored on servers we operate (which may be located in data centers outside your region). We take reasonable measures to protect the security of cross-border transfers and comply with applicable law.

11.Children's Privacy

The service is intended primarily for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you learn that a child has provided us with information, please contact us via the "Contact Us" section and we will delete it.

This policy applies only to the information we collect directly. Third-party services linked from this page (such as payment processors and external sites) are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

13.Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance via in-app messages or the contact details you provided; if you continue to use the service after the change takes effect, you are deemed to agree to the revised policy.
